"Pro: It was great that they could accommodate our dog. Con: The constant slamming of the room doors toward the evening and throughout the night that was a bit of an irritant. We've stayed at this same hotel before and never remember that much noise from the doors. "

If the walls could talk in this place who knows what it would tell us about the past. The place is remarkably well kept given its age and the centuries old architecture lends to the quaintness of this landmark."

"Overall this is a great place and very convenient for going to Shenandoah. The only aspect where I thought things were lacking was the cleaning, as there was a bag of trash left hanging from the door and there was no shampoo. I didn’t discover the missing shampoo until it was too late to do anything about it, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to wash my hair."

"It’s a roadside motel. Extremely cheap. For the price- it was excellent. Beds comfortable enough. Not enough towels. No toiletries besides soap. NO COFFEE MAKER. That was strange. BUT the room was big and had fridge and microwave. Overall very happy. "
