"We were pleased to be located at the rear of the complex so didn’t hear traffic noise.
The suite was situated nicely and clean and the beds were comfortable. Was especially happy to be welcomed by a cat, not sure if it’s part of the complex or neighbour but was a delightful surprise, just want to know its name.
Only there for a night so only interaction with staff was check-in and the person was friendly. Kitchen is small but has the basic supplies to be able to prepare a simple meal."

"Your emails are incorrect & your information way out of date. This hotel has closed down months ago & you have failed to keep us accurately informed. This would have been just awful if we had arrived in the dark in the middle of no where Omarama. The hotel was deserted locked up & obviously unkept when we arrived.
Fortunately Distinction Heritage Gateway was able to fit us in & receive us & transfer our Expedia booking."

"The room was spacious, with good light coming in. The bathroom was also generously big and very clean. It had an electric hot plate/stove and came with cups, plates, silverware, and microwave.
Parking is on the property. The property itself is close to the beach and main attractions of the town. It is a great value place. "

"Appeared to be only ones there on night of stay. Room clean but dated. Staff had turned on heating in room prior to arriving as chilly, nice touch."
