I didn't like the poor service and missing items that were not as advertised. No pool No wifi No toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some. The manager was non- existence during our stay. "I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money "

"This was a great experience! Better than expected even! I don't think the pictures do the property true justice. Staff were great, room was clean, AC functioned well and the wireless was strong! Our only complaint was that upon arriving, starving from a morning of travel, we didn't receive the lunch we ordered until nearly an hour after we had ordered it. That was the only meal that took long, everything else was honeslty great! Being right on the river, the views are phenomenal."
