"What you see is not what you get. I paid for premium room and got substandard room. $154 a night room is not worth it. Limited breakfast options restaurant food overpriced."

"I booked and paid online with Expedia which of recent has become my favorite. Little did I know Expedia was no longer working with Lagoon Beach Hotel. I got there and I was told this. I had to pay again to have a place to stay. I will therefore request that Expedia to refund the money I paid online. Otherwise it will be considered as a deliberate scam on the part of Expedia. I cannot understand why Expedia suspended their work with Lagoon Beach Hotel and still keep the hotel on their website....

"I really enjoyed my stay at Reddington Beach Hotel. The property is beautiful and peaceful, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and worth the price. Room service was good, breakfast and dinners were delicious, and I especially enjoyed morning yin yoga by the pool. My concern was that several advertised amenities were unavailable or not working.
