"Our room was beautiful. If you can get room 701, go for it. The balcony wraps from the front to the back and we had an unobstructed view of Zeus' temple and the Acropolis. The room had a sitting area with two chairs and the bedroom was separate. The only issue I had, and this is because I'm a picky sleeper, it the pillows were a little to full for my liking. I would have preferred a softer feather pillow. Breakfast was delicious and the view is priceless. We ate dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived and it was very delicious, the shrimp pasta was very good. The location of this hotel is also very desirable, with the hop-on-hop off stop about 200 feet away, the Acropolis is a short less than five minute walk, and there's access to the metro system about three minutes walk. Also there are plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner on the walk to both the metro and Acropolis. We had a wonderful time and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here on any future trips. "

"Brand new Executive suite is spacious, spotless and with amenities. Plus the mattress, balcony and jacuzzi. Great for business trips, solo travellers or couples or friends for a slow getaway and break. Staff at reception is amazing!!"

"Lovely large hotel with all the amenities and services you’d expect from the Hyatt. Big rooms too. Great view from the terrace. Staff at reception were perhaps not super helpful in providing all information. In terms of location, it’s probably a tad bar to get into the main tourist area (20 mins - fine but not easy to go back and forth), plus on a main road / highway so not a pleasant walk."

"The hotel is excellent and in a wonderful location just off Syntagma square and near many restaurants The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The room was clean but could use some updating: the tiny fridge was leaking and the bath tub was hard to get into (for old folks), without grab bars and the plug was not working properly. On the whole, this is an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price "

"Check in was excellent! We were met by Ian and staff by the airport shuttle roadside drop off who greeted us warmly and helped with the luggage.
