"The hotel was great and right in the center of town. The only reason I gave 4 stars for facilities is that there was no communication that the spa would be closed. After long travels, looking forward to a sauna or soak and not being able to get that really dampers the day. Just wish the hotel had sent a note is all."

"Wir waren im August 2025 mit vier Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 6 und 8) für drei Nächte auf diesem Campingplatz. Die kleinen Holzhäuser sind wirklich niedlich und die Kinder fanden es ganz toll, unter dem Dach zu schlafen. Die Terrasse ist groß und lädt zum Draußen Frühstücken ein. Das Waschhaus war nicht zu weit weg und bot die Annehmlichkeit von Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr), Backofen, Herd und Mikrowellen. Kochen war also kein Problem. Warm duschen kostet extra, ebenso wie der Poolbereich Eintritt kostet (25 € für drei Personen). Nachts wurde es in der Holzhütte ziemlich kalt. Wir fanden es sehr charmant und süß und sind froh, dass wir diesen Campingplatz besucht haben. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Spaß am Pool und beim Minigolf (ca 14 € für uns 4). Nach drei Nächten waren wir aber alle froh, weiter zu ziehen und wieder mehr Platz und Komfort zu haben. "

"The breakfast was amazing! Staff was very nice except for a young male staff at the reception desk. I spoke in Swedish, although American, I gave him the respect and pleasantry of speaking his language. When I asked a question about a word I didn’t understand, in Swedish, he responded back in a very rude way as if I was dumb to not know what the word meant. I don’t have a disability but if I had, how would that have been acceptable? I’ve lived and worked in Sweden previously although not now, for 3 1/2 years with Swedish friends and family, so I know rude Swedish when I hear it. Spoiled the experience for me. Also our room was right by a very heavily congested street on the first floor with no air condition. Had to open the windows for cool air, then had to listen to all possible transport vehicles with loud mufflers ALL night long, plus the exhaust from them was heavy in our room. Did not sleep well. "
