"Nice hotel, very clean. Had an issue with a room and Chris/ souk (same guy) jumped in and took great care of us. He was incredibly friendly and assisted us with directions and other questions we had. He speaks near perfect English and made our stay enjoyable. Will be back! "

"Everything! Better than expected for the price! Buffet breakfast was excellent, so was my spacious room overlooking the mountains. The staff was second to none and the rooftop bar was the best, especially at around 5.30pm when you have full view of the hot air balloons by the mountains and also above the hotel - that was really cool and inspired me to do a sunset hot air balloon excursion which was awesome. A little far from town (15 minute walk) but the hotel offers free shuttles to town/airport/bus/train stations. If ever I was in town, I would stay at this hotel again. "
