"Staff at reception was not friendly or helpful. Strict about check in time, didn’t let us in even for an hour earlier. We were so tired after a long flight from Canada. They made us waited in the lobby till 3pm. Also, they did not provide slippers because of our room was not “luxury” enough… only gave us one pair after I promised to give them a review. We stayed for four nights and couldn’t get two pairs for two people?! Yes, here is the true reviews!"

"Clean, quiet yet central location. Located in the slightly quieter side of CBD, but super central. Easy to walk to places in CBD, easy access to public transport and easy to get to and from the airport. The indoor pool was a nice addition esp at certain times when children are restricted, making it a nice & relaxing experience. "We stayed here for the location, the room having a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel is needing some renovation, the shower was in the bath and water went everywhere, the soap dispensers were empty in the shower and it seemed they did not have replacements. Having said that the room was a good size, looked out on the river towards Crown. It had parking which we needed. It’s also a little noisy from the trams and trains running in the road where the room looked out on."
