"We booked room through Hotels and when we arrived the front desk didnt have out name or reservation, she was not very helpful, just asked if we booked through a third party(which we did). So it was not a very nice experience as you could imagine. Tried to reach hotels but she said there wifi was in and out so i had to go outside(it was not very warm) and i had to go in and out of front door many times, it did not make me feel great and not a good look for a resort. I think she could have done...

"Just be careful about the added fees for tennis. It is not clear on their website that they charge $81.00 for indoor court time. I specifically asked to play outdoors and they directed me to pay more without letting me know the cost up front. The rooms are a little tired (I stayed in the Executive King) and need some updated, but the resort has a nice pool area and hot tub and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch."

"This was our second time staying here and it never disappoints! I booked this trip during our kids' spring break for a quick getaway and to use the amazing heated outdoor pool. It's a great location convenient to all the amazing sites Vermont has to offer. Would love to go back again in the fall!"

"I have lived in Burlington VT for 30 yrs after moving from Brooklyn NY & never stayed in the mountain so I went. The Innsbruck Inn had everything I needed ! Amazing buffet breakfast, 8 ft deep pool with 2 outdoor hot tubs, robes in the closet to go to sauna or hot tub in, river to fish in behind the property, an actual key for the door which had 2 doors (one to hallway and one directly outside) & I loved the nostalgic look of the grounds and even the Frigidaire fridge with the old school handle...
