"We stayed in TH 401 - it was a beautiful suite with a nice living room space and bedroom. The bed was comfortable! I loved the large deck and having our own floor and wonderful views. A few drawbacks were no elevators - made moving in and out challenging. The only option for coffee was walking to the main building instead of having a Keurig or other coffee option in the suite. The shower/sink didn't drain well."

"Females should not visit this family alone. It was very basic and not really updated or clean. It was fine for one night since I was not alone. I would not feel safe or clean. The staff were very nice however they tried to change their service dog policy and charge me even though I had all my paperwork with me. I am still unsure if they charged me or not."
