"My family really enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient, and being able to have a room for me and my husband and a separate living area for the kids to sleep on the pull-out couch was great. I will say the pull-out bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it didn’t bother my kids. Having a full, hot breakfast in the morning made our lives even easier! Staff were super helpful and nice. Overall a great stay."

"Outbound was fantastic. It was really clean, and they had gear we could use in the gear rental space—including hiking boots and a backpack, which was all brand-new demo gear. The hot tub was great, the restaurant at the pool was awesome, and the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. It is a really beautiful spot with hiking trails all around."

We asked if it was possible to change to a room with a better view, and they happily helped us without any hassle. The upgrade made our stay even more special. "Our deluxe room in The Mansfield House was spacious, clean and well located. The staff from front desk to the reception and wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Parking was plentiful and well placed. We had an outstanding dinner at the Wip bar one night and delicious dessert after dinner at another place the next night. Both were outstanding."

"Room was ok. Pool closed. Tree in parking lot covered my car in a sticky film. Breakfast was good. Didn't come to clean the room till 630. Not worth 230 a night. Will book in different hotel next time."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean but shower had mildew. Bathroom floor tiles had gaps along the wall. A piece of trim would have finished it off. Front lobby windows dirty and had a musty smell. Some nice amenities were water and cookies in the room as a welcome. Robes provided. Continental breakfast was adequate but pretty much the same each day. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool was nice and well maintained. Bar and entertainment on...

"We booked a two day stay for my grandson so he could use the Water Park. After enjoying the Water Park and a nice meal at the Jay Peak Inn, upon our return to the hotel, I inquired what time the Water Park opened in the morning and was told the Water Park was closed on Monday the 20th. We decided to check out the next morning and get a refund for the day we would not use and George at the front desk, who is kind of rude, told us the Park was open and refused to refund the extra day. Not good."
