"Lovely hotel with polite and helpful staff."

"If you want a quiet place to stay, away from any big city, this is the place. You are close to a little town with needed amenities. The area is quiet and beautiful. I would recommend this place if you need to have a day or two of downtime before continuing on with your vacation."

"Conveniently located near Billund and Ribe. Big supermarket across the street. On-site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We stay in a fully equipped kitchen unit. Very friendly staff with free parking."

"Stayed one night there, the place has a lot of facilities that one can use with low price, we only had time to use the swimming pool and spa for few hours. We had the standard room, the bathroom was not the cleanest but ok."

"Nice place. Great staff."

"Staff are amazing will most definitely rebook."

"I rented the suite in conncetion to my working visit in Vejen. When arriving, i have to call somebody since there was a code on the frontdoor, an it was locked. So standing outside i had to find out to call somebody and after 20 minutes someone opened the door. I got a handwritten piece of paper with a code for the frontdoor and my room. The Suite has no working space, no place to work with you PC and only i chair to sit in, unless you want to spend your time in the room, sitting on your bed....

"Super!"

"Very nice hotel, clean, stuff very friendly. Easy check in/out."

"If you enjoy staying in small friendly hotels that are old Danish then this is a nice place. The restaurant is dark wood paneling from another time. Books and pictures from long ago decorate the dinning room. The food is very good and good quality. I recommend having dinner on the first night. We had dinner there each night of our three night stay. "

"Nice & quiet. More like visiting a friend than staying in a hotel !"

"simple and friendly and clean."

"Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing booking experience. We booked through Expedia on a non-refundable basis, and only after booking did we receive an email from DanCenter saying we had to pay an additional security deposit, plus additional money for two sets of linen if we wanted bedding. These costs were not clearly disclosed before booking. The only extra charge shown in the listing was a water fee, so this felt misleading and unfair. The check-in process was also confusing. We were...

"I wish we would have been more aware of the fact that this was was a cottage not the same as a hotel. I received an email and my spam to inform me that there were more fees to be paid that I was not aware of. Place was absolutely beautiful and every other circumstances we would have loved and stayed there. However, it was not what we felt it was going to be. "

"Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. As far as things go that made this house stand out: the beds were great, there were plenty of outdoor sitting and resting opportunities and everybody made us feel very welcome and at home."

"Complete nightmare. The holiday home was filthy on arrival: a dirty garbage bin, balcony covered in bird droppings, foul-smelling back wall, and unwashed dishes. We even had to clean up items left by previous guests. Despite this, DanCenter is charging a €30 cleaning fee, claiming we left it dirty. This is an outright lie, and we have photos to prove it. Beyond cleanliness, our experience was plagued by issues: Hidden Fees/Misleading Policies: Refused timely linen package requests, forcing us...
