"When we arrived at the hotel (at that time) they did not give us our reserved room
And they also said "They have no relationship with HOTELS.COM at all" and pushed us out, so we had to stay in another hotel which was not at all convenient.

"건물이 새거라서 깔끔합니다. 층에 방이 4개씩 있는데, 싱글침대2개와 더블침대1개가 있습니다. 4명 숙박해도 되는데 2명씩 숙박해서 방값을 두배로 지출했습니다. 그리고 미리결재되지 않고 후불 결재, 부킹닷컴처럼 운영되어서 살짝 당황했습니다."
