Valverde Hotels with Early Check in

"Based on our experience, the room and areas around pools did not look at all like the pictures (which were probably taken decades ago...). The room was horrible, run down looking, furniture dilapidated, toilet was leaking, AC was extremely loud and not possible to adjust at all, some areas with mold, etc..., But the worst was the constant noise and music from the main restaurant that was just few steps from the room. The noise and music was from early morning, throughout the day and evening, into the night and continued during the night until early in the morning when restaurant started to prepare for breakfast... We asked for a room change twice and were told no other rooms are available. After 3 sleepless nights we ended our stay 4 days early. A huge disappointment. "

"Only stayed two nights. It was very comfortable very clean. The staff was very attentive friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. The restaurant in the evening was very good. For me the only downside is it’s right on the Major highway which means I could not walk anywhere. Had to drive everywhere outside of that. I’m staying again."

"There was a leak in the bathroom that my wife almost wiped out twice from. The maintenance man came and looked at it a said would fix the next day, take about 3 hrs. Did not happen. So we had to use towels everyday to soak up the water. Other than that, it was a fairly good trip."

"Excellent The Platino is our Choice for accommodations in Santiago. It's situated within walking distance to Pricesmart and a quick drive to the Agora Mall and a variety of restaurant. Very convenient. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All for an incredibly low price."
