Their breakfast team was struggling to manage the guests. Our check in and check out experience was poor. They did not have complete info at check in - they said they have confirmation of only one room when we had booked two rooms. They found the 2nd room booking after a lot of effort. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. In a short u will stay in 4 star hotel or resorts for what this resort charge.cleanliness is also ok. "
