"Every member of staff was excellent, so kind, helpful and efficient! We were switched to a more comfortable room at no extra cost and we absolutely loved our new room. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, eagerly accommodating my gluten free diet. We loved the pool and hot tub and chatting with other guests. We highly highly recommend Casa Higueras!!!"

"Going to Rapa Nui my expectations were low in terms of what to expect but the bed was comfortable, hotel room was spotless, and I had hot water, a portable AC unit, fan, and power. Breakfast was free, and I was happy with it. Hanga Roa is very small and it was super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel even in flip flops. What was incredible was the hotel staff. "La habitación limpia , las sábana de primera , hay agua caliente de sobra , el personal atento , la señora que atiene el bufet muy amable , la que limpia también muy amable se siente uno como en casa , la alberca limpia , solo me faltó disfrutar la tina de hidromasaje , que no estaba en función pero en general me gustó lo recomiendo ampliamente "
