"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"The hotel was great but with our early flight the shuttle did not work (which was one of the reasons we stayed here). The free breakfast was nice- but it was very far from the city and a very expensive uber right in (and confusing train route). We would have stayed in the city center despite our early flight to have one expensive uber rather than five. Staff was nice, room was clean- but we needed a couple extra towels and they wanted to charge for those."

"for the price and closeness to the airport, it is a good deal. The only issue is the shuttle bus of the hotel, does not drop you at the terminal you wish. The bus only have one location to drop in CDG such a huge airport, then you have to used airport free shuttle to find your terminal. Uber or Tax from this location to CDG is around 15 Euros, an extra cost you have to consider. From city center to this location with little walk, you can ride bus 9517 or 350 which cost you only 2.05 Euros."
