Cari Hotel di Val d'Oise

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. Seriously, if you hate your job so much but still need the job, the least the hotel management could do is...

"Wifi is very poor! Other than that the rest are ok."

"L’image du téléviseur était trop sombre, et et il était impossible de l’ajuster"

"Breakfast was pretty good.. 😊"

"Our room was too warm. We were told the HVAC was in winter mode. Even the fan wouldn’t run and no opening window. The thermostat was at 24C when we arrived, which is way too warm. With heat the only option, the cleaning staff should be sure the heat is off when they do the room!"

"Hotel lobby is beautiful, and we went into the attached pub which was also very nice. The carpets and dresser in our room were quite worn and the carpet probably needed a deep cleaning . The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so we slept well."

"The smoke alarm always ring negative positively l"

We tried like 8 times and got transferred, dropped on hold, misinformed, not my job, … I also blame Expedia for misrepresenting the shuttle as free and not allowing a cancellation! Same thing as hotel, they...

"The stay was exceptional… all of our needs were meet immediately.. the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing along with the bar staff. I would definitely stay here again if I ever decide to visit Paris again"

"Brief but very satisfactory stay!!! Nice room and breakfast, great staff!!"

"Clean room for one night near the airport Took the Uber less than 10 mins to get to CdG"

"Room is too small for 2 people, no space for the luggages"
