"Lovely hotel situated in the city centre. All the main sites are within walking distance and lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed in a Twin Room for 3 nights and it was the right size for us. The youngish staff were friendly enough and helpful. Aircon in the room which was fairly easy to operate and there is a bidet in the toilet. Our room had no safe which was a bit annoying. Single bed was comfortable except the pillows were a bit flat. The view from our room was not the best but too much...

"The hotel is an airport hotel so people from many countries stay there. Why does the hotel fail to provide wash cloths in the bathrooms? That is a basic item used to wash one's face. Also, the trash can is divided into three sections. Why? If it's for recycling then the different sections should be labeled. Otherwise, it doesn't make sense. "The location was perfect for my exploring. Right around the backside of the building was the tram or an easy quick walk to the city harbour & market place. The breakfast cafe was Mexican & offered a variety to chose from. Loved the sauna & cooling view. I didn’t even use all the amenities. Room was huge, appreciated the mini-apt."
