"I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.

"The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage.
The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. "

"I liked my stay at this serviced apartment. The apt sits in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is not located at the very center but is near the Leimbach train station where you can take S4 to the central station.
It has a small kitchen which is good enough. The room is clean and well furnished. The staff is helpful. It is better to communicate with them beforehand on WhatsApp."
