Upper Palatinate Hotels with indoor pool

"We stayed with our 2 grandkids ages 6 &7. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. We made sure that the kids behaved and didn’t slash or be loud if others were in the pool area. We don’t get to spend time in the Spa area but it definitely looked great. We walked to a local bakery for a snack after swimming, and grabbed other essentials from Aldi right down the street. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. The room size was spacious. "

"Mega schönes Hotel im großen und ganzen, ohne Kinder noch schöner, naja also es ist halt kein komplettes Spahotel. Ach was noch nett gewesen wäre bei der Bestätigungsmail für die Buchung darauf hin gewiesen zu werden das man beim Abendessen eine lange Hose anziehen muss. Im großen und ganzen sehr schön lohnt sich also."

"Starší hotel, ale čistý. Na recepci nikdo nebyl, až později jsme někoho našli. Telefon na objednávce byl neplatný, takže se nedalo nikomu zavolat. Výhodou je vnitřní bazén a klid. Trochu údržby by rozhodně neškodilo. Obsluha byla milá a cena taky příjemná"

"Unser Zimmer war modern renoviert und ruhig. Ausstattung war gut, einzig die Kissen waren zu weich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Großer Pool mit Blick ins Grüne. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Corona Prozedere dabei ist halt etwas umständlich, funktioniert aber. Die Musikauswahl im Frühstücksraum sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste dort nicht unnötig lang verweilen. Insgesamt durchaus empfehlenswert."

"Als wir ankamen stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Hotel.com Buchung nicht angekommen war. Die Rezeptionistin war überfordert und es dauerte eine Stunde, bis das Problem geklärt werden konnte. Insgesamt ist die Wutzschleife in die Jahre gekommen. Stilistisch überladen mit Wellness-Tünneff. Kein klares Konzept. Modernisierung wäre dringend nötig."

"Eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, welche zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Während meines Frühstücks habe ich leider niemanden vom Service gesehen. Wenn also etwas fehlt, oder man gern noch etwas Kaffee haben möchte, hätte man leider vergebens gewartet. "
