"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...

"The quality of the bed mattress was terrible . Very bad for my back. Also the walls are paper thin and we could actually here the guest next door snoring all night!"

"Das Hotel Weißes Rössl hat einen Ruf als luxuriöses, schönes Haus – leider konnte es diesem bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gerecht werden. Der Spa-Bereich ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen: nicht durchgehend sauber und gepflegt, die Terrassenmöbel zerkratzt. Bei Regen werden die Liegen nicht rechtzeitig hereingeräumt, sodass sie danach nass sind und Samen bzw. Blütenstaub auf den Liegeflächen liegen. Schwimmt man im Pool Richtung Hotelfassade, fällt zudem eine unschöne Betonrohrkonstruktion...

"Vraiment un endroit très bien malgré un extérieur un peu incertain au premier coup d’œil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, propres et très bien organisées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même une petite buanderie au sous-sol. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et si j’avais à revenir à Linz, je retournerais à cet hôtel!"

"This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a huge lake front balcony with hot tub. We ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delivered fresh to our room. It was perfect! I only wish we could have stayed longer."

"Gorgeous location, with the most beautiful of surroundings. Hotel pool was lovely and the whole place is very family friendly. We ate in the hotel once. It’s a set menu with a choice of 3 mains, salad buffet to start and dessert off the buffet too. Children get no choice but it was fine as it was pasta (off the buffet) so all good. There are restaurants within walking distance to try anyway. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms nicely done. No AC and despite being out of the heat wave the bedroom...

"I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because we absolutely loved this hotel. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, including many high-end properties, and honestly, this hotel was nicer than many of them. The hotel was beautiful and very spacious, looked brand new, and had a lovely balcony. It’s located in a quiet, charming town not far from Hallstatt. It combines modern finishes with large, apartment-style rooms, kitchen facilities, and nice workout equipment....

"It is rare when the actual hotel room looks better in person than in pictures but, that was the case here! Awesome room, well located! Great choice "

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."
