"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...

Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, propres et très bien organisées, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même une petite buanderie au sous-sol. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et si j’avais à revenir à Linz, je retournerais à cet hôtel!"

Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"Loved this cute inn, in the heart of Hallstatt. I thought not having a private bathroom was going to be an issue but it was not. There are two showers and WC’s and we’re available when we needed them. Staff was super friendly and offered to help with our luggage. I don’t recommend bringing large suitcases as there are two flights of steep stairs. We ate a quick meal there when we arrived and before we left and were satisfied both time. "Beautiful hotel with great views from the balconies. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety including coffee, capacino espresso. Parking was included right in front of the hotel. The private beach is only a short walk from the hotel it had loungers and umbrellas, i would recommend swimming shoes as the water has lots of small stones. The SchafbergBahn train station is only about 5mim walk from the hotel as is the ferry to St Gilgen, definitely worth the trip up the mountain. Overall...
