"We had a lovely stay at the Baraza Resort. Although the beach, villa and food were top notch, it is the staff that deserve six stars! The entire staff are so wonderful and cater to your every need. This was the perfect stop after 8 days of Safari before our long journey home. I can’t recommend the hotel more highly. We also enjoyed the spa which was fabulous."

"The hotel is not nearly as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I am sure it was amazing 5 years ago but it has fallen into a bad state of disrepair. A colony of bats made a home inside and leave their droppings all over the hallway and in room #4 if you are lucky to get that one. Room #1 smelled of raw sewage.
