The staff are particularly accommodating and learn guests' names, the grounds are within a peaceful green park, multiple restaurants with ambient settings, breakfast is superb, the rooms are extremely clean with excellent hot water, and the room patios have a nice view. "Tolle Anlage, viele Bäume, mehrere Terrassen, Beachbar und schöner Swimmingpool (wichtig da man im See nicht baden sollte). Das Hotel organisiert den Transfer zur Fähre - klappt problemlos. Essen ist immer als Buffet mit täglich wechselnder Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns das Abendessen im Garten mit Barbecue und das anschließende Lagerfeuer am Strand gefallen. Man kann verschiedene Aktivitäten über das Hotel buchen. Wir haben die Wanderung durch den Wald gemacht die sehr zum empfehlen ist."

"Amazing "

"The entire property is a little gem a hotel and reasonably priced! Im from the USA and the Galaxy is my preferred choice in hotels. It always clean. All the rooms are nice and all have TVs and cable. The restaurant on Roof Top serves great food and you cant beat the FREE BREAKFAST! Its location is perfectly located near downtown where you can walk to shop or catch a Boda or Taxi to town. Awesome Manager, helpful, and friendly Staff!"

"Easy location near the Entebbe airport from which to start and finish your tour of western Uganda's National Parks. There is a mall with dining options and a food market connected to the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises."
