Both areas are walkable, well-designed, and full of character, offering easy access to culture, food, and nature without. "Friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast, walkable distance to the riverfront, safe beautiful surroundings. The old prison vibe was still there in a good way - not your usual cookie cutter hotel. I will most definitely come back! "

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary slippers were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served coffee at our table a real treat. One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return. "
