"We booked 2 rooms as a family and were really impressed. We’ve been to other 4 star places and were so dissapointed. This place is impressive. Good food, friendly staff, really clean with lots of extras. We will go there again. And a nice spacious parking area. Very safe enclosure."

"We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc.

"
Generally, my family and I had a good stay. We however felt rushed to leave the room to allow for cleaning, with knocks and telephone calls to ask when we would vacate. Sometimes we were woken up by loud vacuum cleaning. It would be good to invest in training of the staff even if they are temporary. One was obviously unwell with a flu as she served breakfast. Another at the reception told us that '"I am only a student" when we pointed out a serious safety hazard and potential risk to injury:...
