"Great"

"Beautiful peaceful sleep"

"Toute est impeccable"

"The pool was freezing cold. The space in the room was super small and there was hardly any lights. The shower water was only slightly warm. The room needs some serious maintenance: door was squeaky and near breaking. Some of the walls plaster was coming off. Breakfast is the same as usual across Tunisia. "

"I stayed in one of the beautiful houses between the palm trees with my kids and we truly enjoyed it. The vibe mirrors that of the Tozeur oasis, the breakfest service at your house was an unexpected bonus and we made good use of the relaxing swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, we recommend this accomodation to all that visit Tozeur."

"Bad customer service "

"The staff was very helpful, available and nice. The position of the Residence is perfect for anyone who visits the city and its palms farms. There is still room for improvement on the cleaning side."

"This place is awful, we have been on a 2 months trip and stayed in many hotels, guest houses and apartments but this is honestly the worst we have seen in a very long time, the drive to the place alone is an indication of the kind of establishment this is, in the middle of nowhere and as soon as we found the place and parked outside, we both looked at each other and were hesitant to even get out, we went in and there were a bunch of guys doing construction work, the place was just run down and...
