Tozeur Governate Hotels with free airport shuttle

"Rooms were extremely dirty ( bathroom you cannot even use, the smell was extremely unpleasant and disturbing). Rooms were so outdated and old. Dinner & breakfast were horrible. Yogurt was expired. Worst experience. This hotel cannot be 4 stars. Complained to front desk and nothing happened. Food made me sick!!"

"My original room did not have AC. The Safeway’s broke and other things were not good. It’s not right to go to your $300+ room and have to pass a bunch of dirty dishes, linens and a bed"

"The pool was freezing cold. The space in the room was super small and there was hardly any lights. The shower water was only slightly warm. The room needs some serious maintenance: door was squeaky and near breaking. Some of the walls plaster was coming off. Finally the Dar was really hard to find, hidden in a dark corner of the medina with no signs outside. The dar overall is nice but the rooms are overcharged for what you get. Breakfast is the same as usual across Tunisia. "

We were disappointed the restaurant was not available that evening as we had read good reviews. Our breakfast was very nice. We did not take advantage of the spa or hammam. It was a peaceful and very beautiful space. "
