"I had a good stay at the Springs Hotel. The room was a little dated but spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in an excellent location withon walking distance to many sights and restaurants."

"일단 가격 생각 하면 매우 휼륭함. 국영백화점 기준으로 도보 20분 정도 걸린듯. 조식 괜찮았음 2층 레스토랑 음식 냄새가 환기구로 계속 들어옴 우리방은 딱히 뷰라고 할건 없는 뒷골목 뷰 였으나 아침 일출을 볼수 있긴 했음. 직원들은 불친절 하진 않으나, 호텔의 그 서비스급을 기대하면 안됨. 전반적으로 만족함."

"I had 2 brief stays in the hotel. The room was spotless on the first occasion, but after a 3 day tour I came back and stayed in another room. This time the floor hadn't been vacuumed. There was litter, toenails and a toothpick on the floor and long hairs on the bathroom floor. However, a manager arrived within 10 minutes of me complaining and the room was cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable with good air-conditioning and a kettle. Excellent views over the city and a really central location. Good quality breakfast although the meal I had in the restaurant was poor quality but the staff were very attentive. It was yet another hotel with a glass window between bathroom and bedroom, but at least it had a blind that could be lowered for privacy. The shower was over the bath and it was high to step in and out of, which could be a problem for shorter/less able bodied people. I would definitely stay there again if I went back to Ulaanbaatar."

"We landed in Ulaanbaatar and were in for a night before our tour started. It is conveniently located right next to the Square, which makes it easy to walk around. The only thing: traffic! If your tour is picking you up from your hotel, try to plan pickup outside of peak rush hour. Room was clean, did not hear other guests while we were there. Water (and hot water) worked well. Breakfast was included and was nice (buffet style)."

"Clean, spacious and comfortable! My room was pretty nice. Fully stocked mini bar, toiletries and linen. Furniture made sense, a real desk and comfortable chair. Even has an ironing set and robe. Wonderful! Shower had excellent temperature and pressure. big hang up was that I could not turn the heat off in my room and ended up sleeping with the window completely open. I was roasting. The restaurant staff here...professionally dressed but low vibe, deadpan and seemingly unresponsive. No matter what language used. My greetings and thanks we're ignored every time. Except the management. Management at the restaurant, 5fl, were very attentive and helpful! But the food was outstanding either way! Phenomenally helpful, courteous and attentive housekeeping! Receptionists were very knowledgeable and professional. Café and bar were both clean and nice. A few food items and drinks were unavailable. No problem. A There are plenty of convenience stores near this hotel. And there is easy access to the mall from the first floor and 5th floor. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you for having me."

"I really liked the construction of this place. It seemed sturdy and large. Everything was clean and wonderfully decorated. Yes, modern but very sturdy. Most staff were courteous. The bell hop that I first met, I really appreciated his attitude. Staff in the Japan(town) restaurant...I didn't feel welcome. Greetings weren't returned. I say thank you and they just disappear without reply. The food was good. But when I returned the next even for lunch, it seemed like I was bothering them, no matter what language I used, so I decided not to eat and just leave. My room was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with linen and mini bar. I especially appreciate the options. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked and beautifully presented. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! I'd love to return in the future."

"Excellent “price-performance” which included a “good-enough” breakfast and fine WiFi. Clean room and a helpful front desk. I was a ‘happy camper’ and happy I didn’t pay $400 at the Shangri-La Hotel."
