"Lovely stay! Helpful staff! Only one person (female bartender) seemed to be having a bad day! She was on her phone when I approached, and proceeded to fling things around as she made our drinks. I didn't let it spoil my time in the pool, but the energy was definitely different than anyone else at the property!! My husband and I loved the bungalow on the beach!"

"We just got Home from an 8 day stay at Sirenian Bay. The staff is amazing. From the moment you get picked up from the airport you are treated special. "The shuttle drivers were excellent friendly and informative. They waited for us 3 hours past our pick up time due to our flight from Dallas being delayed. It should be known that even though they take you to Placencia village at specific times you can call them to be a taxi as well and save money over the price of a regular taxi. Good food"

"This property is beautiful and the staff was excellent with communication and assistance. The morning breakfast was delicious. We weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to the sargassum but it was fine we were able to enjoy the pool. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Definitely a great stay for relaxing. "
