"Stayed with my Husband, Mother, Infant and Toddler. This location was perfect. Only 5 min. from the airport. The hotel is dated for sure and need some remodeling. "I checked in around 5:30 pm and there was no receptionist. I was escorted to my room by the very friendly and apologetic security officer. "Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived.

"Nothing unique about this resort, structures are outdated and maintained well. All inclusive Expedia advertising is misleading.
