"Country hotel. very strange access to the front door - over a steep grassy incline with slippery wooden steps. very unsuitable even for for anyone with no mbility issues. Room was warm when we arrived and warm overnight. lovely views. Dinner was available but no real choice ( fish or meat with no choice of how cooked). Breakfast was very poor. "

"We booked this as a stop on our drive from Lisbon to Madrid for a relaxing, non-city location to recharge and it was perfect! The wine tasting was wonderful and their on property restaurant was delicious. We want to return with family for a long weekend. It was a very rejuvenating experience. Try the confit leeks. They were phenomenal!"
