"Liked the location and the behavior of staff. Room amenities very poor. Remote of the TV not functioning, No list of intercom nos for room service, No hot water facility in the AC room, bathroom window panes unclean and unsafe. Food in the restaurant very poor. Food infection happened after consuming curd which was spoiled. Overall poor experience and hence will not be recommended in these conditions. Very poor and unprofessional way of managing the business."

"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially.
