"The food was great, the room was a let down in that it wasnt as nice as the pictures made it seem, but the bedroom its self wasnt terrible. it did have a mold patch in the bathroom and the shower head was smaller than i expected from the photos. The bathroom also didnt have an extraction fan but was on a sensor light, which the idea of is great but it was so bright that you almost felt like you where being abducted when you used it in the night. "I stayed for three nights in room 46. It was extremely disappointing. The room looked shabby and badly needed an update. The weather was cold and wet but there were no spare blankets available in the cupboards. No washing up liquid was provided for guests to wash their dishes. No side plates available. The bathroom was very poorly maintained. Both the the bath and the washbasin were badly stained and cracked and looked dirty. The wash basin in particular needs replacing. The towels did not look...

"Memorable experience. Very friendly and helpful warden. It really was a jail, so don't expect The Ritz. Shared shower stalls reminiscent of boarding school. Basic double bed, firm mattress. Excellent hot shower. Nice shared kitchen. Couldn't connect to the internet but neither could Ned Kelly. It'll give you a glimmering of what society's misfits and villains experienced."

"Das Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, Haare am Fussboden, Zahnpasta am Waschbecken. Klimaanlage verschimmelt, konnte nicjt benutzt werden, demmach war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Für den Preis erwarte ich nichts besonderes, aber Sauberkeit erwarte ich schon! Würde ich nicht mehr buchen"

"Booked two bedroom apartments but given a studio room without kitchen, dining and lounge room. When asked to Staff, they said those type of rooms are not belongs to the property anymore. No respond and apologies from the Management. "
