"I found the majority of the staff were excellent. But the bar staff (not the manager) didn’t understand what is expected. Eg both staff talked to each other in their native language and didn’t acknowledge patrons who went to the bar for service. No eye contact or acknowledge that they were waiting. All the other staff we came across were excellent. "

"9/10 deluxe king size bed n spa bath very inviting, g8 after walks/activities, complimentary brevages in room was a great touch. good service from reception, affordable n friendly atomosphere clean rooms, close to the lake site seeing, 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 cleaners also made sure rooms were clean when out and about that was awesome. Definitely will stay again. Peaceful sleeps awesome experience and will come definitely stay agaun."

"Great location and brilliant views, very good rooms and some effort has gone in to upgrading the interrior. New beds and linen and lovely walk way around the lake."

"We only stayed one night so had a room that was cheaper than the rest. There was no table you could use to put cups or plates on. The bathroom was a bit tired. "
