Cari Hotel di Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées

"All excellent."

"Incontestablement un établissement de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très bien notamment. Toutefois je ne mets pas la note maximale à cause de petits détails qui gâchent un peu le tout : accueil trop impersonnel, restaurant complet le soir pour dîner sans room-service proposé, check-out à 10h, aucun avantage de surclassement malgré un statut VIP Expedia...Dommage !"

"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."

"Good value, close and walking distance to the Sanctuary. Not having AC is a negative. The staff are helpful."

"Room was clean and well maintained. AC worked properly. It is in a great location, close to the Grotto but at the same time, in a quiet , less busy area."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC worked great during the hot days. Wished the bedroom floor could be more clean. I would stay here again."

"The staff werent helpful at all. They are bad in hospitality and in communication. Paola is the only one who tried to help us and make our stay better. Helped us get transportation during check out while others shut us out"

"Friendly staff helping also with small issues, like lending some glue for something of my belongings fell apart."

"Clean room. Great breakfast buffet. Old hotel but super clean."

"The reception staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. They need to replace the carpet and the cleaning staff should pick up the glasses and cups. It was a very convenient hotel near the sanctuary."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had electric fan for better ventilation. Hotel location is an easy walk to the shops and Lourdes sanctuary."

"Beautiful hotel. Nice pool. Food was excellent and staff very friendly. Adjacent to railway station. Would highly recommend."

"Close to the train station"

"C’est la deuxième fois que j’y séjourne et je suis très satisfaite. Le logement etait propre et accessible. Malheureusement la connexion au réseau internet etait tres faible voir inexistante."
