All team were super friendly, especially Joyce, Generozza, Happiness- all first class. Pascal-head chef, always wanted feedback to ensure all food met expectations- which was varied, fr3sh and really tasty. Would highly recommend and would certainly think about coming back."

The manager, Claudia, along with Omar, were especially outstanding—both were incredibly helpful in facilitating all of our plans and were always flexible and accommodating. "I stayed for 7 nights and found the room comfortable. The premises are beautifully maintained, especially the pool and gardens, and the property is very clean throughout. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable—Julius in particular is a real star: a young man always willing to help. Negative points: There is no ATM on site, and reception cannot always break large notes, which made tipping staff difficult. As a result, I wasn’t able to tip as much as I would have liked. "Tout était parfait du début à la fin à part le cours de tennis fermé pour rénovation ce qui ne nous avait pas été signalé avant notre arrivée malgré notre demande. Mais on nous a transféré dans un autre hôtel pour jouer ."

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, ranta oli kaunis ja riippuen vuorovedestä joko aaltoinen tai erittäin matalalla - jolloin pääsi näkemään matalassa vedessä meritähtiä :) Hotelli ei ollut ilmoituksesta huolimatta kuitenkaan savuton, vain huoneissa tupakointi oli kielletty - rantatuoleilla oli valitettavasti tuhkakupit. Rannalla oli paljon myyjiä mikä oli välillä hieman raskasta, muttei häiritsevää."
