Queen greeted us every morning and afternoon with the biggest smile — she truly brightened our days. And Steven was one of the best servers we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and just an all-around great person. Honestly, every single team member we came across made us feel so special. "Had a wonderful stay at the four points Dar es Salaam, location was great for getting around the city, getting the ferry etc, the harbour room views were stunning, could not fault the staff from porters to check in, restaurant staff etc, nothing was too much to ask. I will stay here again if I come back and can recommend it for a city hotel "
