"出張で4泊しました。水回りの設備にやや古さはありますが、毎日キレイに掃除をしてくれる為、不快な点はありません。例えばアポの都合でお昼に外出すると、部屋に戻るまでに掃除がされていないようなホテルも多々ありますが、こちらは外出状況を定期的に把握するように努められているようで、戻ったら部屋が汚いままという事は一切ありませんでした。朝食も美味しく、毎朝違う種類の料理が並び、とても良かったです。建物は2棟ありますが、各々サークルKとファミリーマートが地下にあり、おつまみやインスタント食品も買えますし、徒歩5分程のANZタワーに行けば、色々なビールを買う事もできます。部屋は都内の一般的な１LDKよりとても広く、高層ビル群をみながら、ゴージャスな気分で部屋で晩酌できました。 Batavia Apartment Tower...

"My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. "Amazing "

"Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful "

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"Always my favorite whenever in Jakarta! the hospitality rendered always at top notch ! from the reception counter, Rina always trying to accomodate as much as possible, to the SPA treatment and service, Fariha the PIC and the masseuse are all excellent!, the best hotel so far as compared to other well-knowned 5* hotels."

"I checked in on Thursday night 13th Dec. When I check in, no one informed me that there will be a outdoor rave party next door on Friday 14th Dec. When I was back on 14th Dec from dinner, as a guest I can’t even find a car park for my car. Apparently the security allowed the people going to the Rave to park at the hotel car park. This was just the beginning, when I went into my room, the rave music was so loud, my window started to vibrate. I could only sleep when the rave ends at 3am in the morning. Dissapoint with how they manage the hotel and never provide to guest in advance. This will be my last time staying here. "
