"Really clean property, staff were all great. Amazing base for families visiting LegoLand and Lego house all really close"

"Okay, but not so close to town and breakfast was a bit limited in range."

"Lovely family friendly hotel in a great location. Breakfast was really nice!"

"We were a large group group and needed some accommodation. I contacted the property 1 month in advance and did not receive any answer from the hotel manager. I sent a reminder email one week before travel date and still did not receive any answer. At the end the issue was sorted out after we arrived there, but I expect a manager to answer the corporate emails at least. On the other hand, hotel staff were all cooperative and cheerful, specially Anja and the other front desk staff who proved to be...

"Delightful staff. So friendly and kind. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was so delicious!! And the location was perfect. Lots of attractions, shops and restaurants close by. Loved everything about our stay!! Thank you for your hospitality!!"

"It is in a good location for exploring and very convenient if arriving or departing by train."

"The pictures of the room where presenting the room a bit better than actually is, even if very comfortable and large. Very comfortable bathroom, also with heating under the floor which is welcome even in summer. However, the building of the rooms is not very good from outside. My note on the cleanness is low simply because just on the entrance of the room there is a lot of "dirt" directly from the pidgeons or other birds, which I would have expected to be cleaned before having guests."
