"I made a mistake while booking and I couldn’t make it on the date of checking in. It happened to me while I booked for Cancun trip as my flight was over night so I booked extra day to make sure I can check in whenever I needed. However this hotel sold my room to other people because I didn’t come on the first day. I even used Expedia try to contact them but on the day I arrived, they said they have no room, my daughter is 1 year old and crying because she is hungry and need to change diapers....

"Upon arrival on the Thursday, we were informed that the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were closed for renovation. We were not informed of this at any point during booking/prior to arrival. However we were assured we’d be able to use a local rival hotel’s facilities on Saturday and Sunday. We were unable to use them at all on Thursday or Friday. On the Saturday morning, we were informed that as we were not a “priority customer”, we were only able to use the facilities at Park Hotel until 3PM....

"The hotel itself was good and looked taken care of. The view was indeed incredible and the spa was super nice. We booked a couple massage and it was very good as well. The breakfast was normal, although it lacked some healthy options. There was eggs, sausages, bacon… but a choice of 2 vegetables and simple avocado on toast were an extra for example. The restaurant (Radicci Gourmet) was terrible. The dishes were sent back to the kitchen almost untouched and the only good part of the meal was...

"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day...

"Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage. Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable. Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride...

"Struttura collocata in un posto unico e con vista mozzafiato. Anche se datata, è tenuta molto bene e offre un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Camere ben attrezzate e confortevoli: siamo stati ospitati in una suite family davvero bella e comodissima (con vista sul lago). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Reception sempre attiva e pronta a dare risposte e consigli. Ceck-in (curato da Luana) velocissimo e completo di ogni informazione. La struttura è dotata di un ristorante/bar con...
