"Hotel znajduje się na przeciwko dworca PKP co dla jednych może być atutem, ale wiadomo, ze wokół dworca kręcą się tez różni ludzie. Obok hotelu jest deptak prowadzący do najważniejszych atrakcji Kielc oraz towarzyszących mu restauracji, lodziarni, kawiarni. Jest to niewątpliwy atut hotelu. Podczas naszego pobytu w hotelu było wesele. Pomimo pokoju na 2 pietrze było słychać bawiących się weselników. Parking dodatkowo płatny, na tyłach hotelu. "

"Excellent facilities. The from desk and the spa staff is very good and knowledgeable . The restaurant food is good but the waiters are not properly attired and do not speak English which is surprising in Poland , especially in a 4 star facilities "

"Le finestre della camera sono alte (a filo soffitto) quindi anche se al primo piano mi sembrava di dormire in scantinato.Il ristorante é da evitare un paio dipiatti a meno e quello che ho scelto io da dimenticare. Colazione salata ok dolce poca ma veramente poca roba. Da fuori carino ma poi ..... Come si dice da noi tanto fumo poco arrosto"
