"It was fine as a mid-range option and the lady who met me was pleasant. The studio is on the ground floor and small but it was quiet. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant nearby and a supermarket. There is a laundrette up the road by a swimming pool but not easy to find if you don't know the area. But it is a good 15-min ride on the tram away from the centre: it is quite far from the centre (35 to 45 mins on foot)."
