"Due to major storm we had to leave the property 3 days early. The town of ocean beach was flooded. The lady at the front desk said she wouldn't stay. We were told to have Expedia reach out to them and they would issue a refund for the unused days. Expedia tried to reach the property for 3 days with no answer to phone calls or emails. We also tried to contact the property with no answer."

"The room was absolutely beautiful and pristine! Beautiful modern design choices, with lovely extra touches (cocktail set, nice kitchen appliances, etc). The partnership with the beach concierge was amazing — just walk across the street and they set up an umbrella and chairs for you. The beach is super close and gorgeous, and everything in town is a 5-15 min walk away. We didn't get in our car once all weekend! Great location, great rooms, and every room has a spacious balcony or front porch....

"The apartment was alright the issue was with the host. She gave us a parking pass which we used, then on the second day of our stay. She came to the apartment complaining that we can't park out back of it. I showed her the pass and reminded her we were staying at that apartment but she argued that we were at the wrong set of houses. Which we weren't our listing said A04 and that's where we were. Also they hit us with a second $200 deposit after getting $195 on their site."
