"Adorable little out-of-the-way resort with heated indoor pool and hot tub. Our apartment had an upstairs in a downstairs with a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. We even had a hot tub and a sauna! Super clean and super adorable. Perfect for visiting our daughter at Binghamton University. It was a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the travel."

"True hidden Gem. My wife and I travel a lot and typically stay in bed and breakfasts, and this was one of our favorites in the northeast. Fantastic breakfast was an added bonus. The owner, Penny, was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough positive things about our stay!"

"Wow! What an amazing spot, was attending a golf fundraising event not far from the house and this checked all of the boxes. Fished, tubed in the river right off the back of the property, met the very friendly neighbors that happened to be home. Will definitely be returning before next years golfing trip!"
