Guests often need to redial or remind the staff multiple times for basic requirements. Overall, the experience wasn’t very impressive considering the cost. "A lovely place in Bardiya. Staff extremely helpful and Mohan was very professional in communication prior to arrival (with anirport pick up) and arranged a very good itinerary on my arrival. The team are very passionate about safari and the area and the walking safari option is not to missed. Will definitely stay again if in the area."
