"Bath had black mold. Staff was ignoring my complaint. I had to get angry before this was taken seriously. The whole experience was very upsetting. We left after first night of planned two day stay"

"The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken.
Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel.

"The place needs a big cash injection.
Redeeming factors are the location and the staff on the ground.
The photos are from 2008 so does not reflect its current state.
I ate great food whilst there and slept really well, however I experienced outages of electricity and water so I feel the price does not reflect the facilities.
It’s a shame really as Clarisa and her team are really passionate about the place but without financial support are powerless.

"Family of 3 plus Grandma. We were very impressed to say the least. From the very spacious, tidy and clean Villas, to the extensive breakfast buffet with made to order dried fish delicacies to the very kind and responsive staff, everything was perfect. Even to the small details that they’ve thought of like the pot of clean water they placed at the steps leading to each villas to clean the sand off or them cooking the dried fish on a separate kitchen away from the breakfast area so guests wouldn’t...
