"My stay was an absolute nightmare, and Expedia labeling this property as a VIP hotel seriously damages the credibility of the program.
I was placed in a room facing a large dusty outdoor AC unit, the shower worked sporadically, and the refrigerator only stayed on when the room key was inserted — something never explained at check-in. Saturday night was also extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep.
I reported these issues multiple times, including through an Expedia representative. Although the hotel agreed to change my room, they continued stalling without resolving anything.
What shocked me most was receiving a WhatsApp message from the hotel claiming they didn’t know about these issues and implying it was my fault for not communicating them, despite me repeatedly raising these concerns.
After the lack of resolution and poor customer service, I ultimately decided to leave the hotel early."
