"the furniture in the room is scratched up, gouges in the furniture. The bed was a spring mattress, and pillows were fine for a good night sleep. The air/heat sounded like airplanes landing and taking off all night. We did find some super employees giving us help with whatever we had questions for, or mostly, how to get back to our elevator to get to our room."

"Clean rooms but not made up.. no extra towels provided for additional days..very upsetting to not get freshened up .. for our 2 day stay.."

"Usually a great experience However the floor directly above us was under construction at 7 am we were woken up by pounding. This after not sleeping because my son had chlorine poisoning the pool was so overly chlorinated he broke out in hives. I was offered to take off resort fee however I believe a comp room for one or two nights would have been a better move to get me back in hotel and have a more pleasant experience. I left with a horrible headache sick kid and lost two nights that was supposed to be relaxing "

"We visited for our Wedding for the weekend. We got two room, our girls found a bag in the bathroom with 5 marijuana joints. This was unacceptable, thankfully our girls let us know, I can’t believe the drawers were not checked while cleaning staff clean the room for the guests before us. Additionally, when we checked out the front desk staff said they would leave the manager a note and they would provide a complimentary stay and we can expect a call from the manager. It’s been a week since our visit and we have yet to hear from the manager. I was very disappointed with the customer service and management not calling me back. "
