"My stay at Hotel Indigo Barbados was truly memorable, and what stood out most was the exceptional kindness and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The front desk team was always happy to assist with anything I needed and had a way of making you feel completely at home. A special mention has to go to Manager Jonathan, who went above and beyond during my stay. When I mentioned that I was craving coconut water, he personally went out of his way to make sure I got it. It may seem like a small gesture, but that level of thoughtfulness and personal care is exactly what makes hospitality exceptional. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. As an interior designer, I pay very close attention to design, details, finishes, and overall aesthetics, and I was genuinely impressed. The décor is stunning, sophisticated, and thoughtfully executed. Every space has its own character, and the overall design creates a beautiful, elevated atmosphere without losing that relaxed Caribbean feeling. The cleanliness, location, and beauty of the property were all top-notch and contributed tremendously to the experience. The one area I feel could use some improvement is the food selection. I would have loved to see a stronger variety of dishes, particularly more authentic Bajan and locally inspired cuisine. Given the beautiful Barbados setting,"

"It was my first stay at Accra and I was pleasantly surprised. I have generally heard the property is dated and while it has some old charm, the amenities are modern and the hotel is clean. Staff were lovely. Even had a fresh coconut today from the property. Given it is off-peak, I had the entire pool for myself over this weekend and it was serene and peaceful."

"The property itself is beautiful and the staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! everyone I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and they truly made my stay enjoyable. However, I found the resort to be extremely boring with very limited things to do, especially in the evening. Most of the resort seems to shut down around 6 PM, and there were very limited restaurants and bar options available afterward. If you’re looking for entertainment, nightlife, or activities within the resort, you’ll likely need to leave the property. The food was okay, but nothing that really stood out to me. Overall, I’m glad I experienced it, but I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The staff, however, deserves a 10/10 for their hospitality and service! ❤️🇧🇧"

"The room was very clean however, we had issues with the sink not draining and the toilet just running and not flushing. These were addressed in a timely manner. The staff was excellent. always at your service. There were good food choices but food could be warmer. The hotel was very clean however, some upkeep is needed such as painting. The view coming out of my room every time was a stack of beach chairs and old canoes covered with torn up plastic covers. (Not very attractive). I was also disappointed that I wasn't able to enjoy the beach due to rough waves. However, my husband and I enjoyed our stay which was enhanced with the night entertainment and day trips."

"Lovely stay! We really enjoyed ourselves. Great location, delicious food, fab beach, good swimming, warm welcome. Good entertainment considering we went during down season. Nice pool! Nice rooms! Attentive housekeeping! Lovely spa! Only thing I would improve is the fact that some staff were super kind and friendly, and some staff were frosty cold!"

"I know the beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't go there but had services to another beach which was awesome. And everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel. Definitely will be back!"
