"We were really looking forward to staying at this lovely spa hotel however when we arrived it was one disappointment after the other. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony and a view of the bay. I was so disappointed to find out we had a court yard view which basically meant we had a view of a building being constructed not 10 meters away. No courtyard! Ceiling tiles broken, no smoke detector, bathroom without shampoo or bath soap, only liquid hand soap. Garbage can in washroom with no plastic bag. Fridge dirty with a bottle of water open.
